For months now, we’ve got rumors flying around about a trio of new Vivo smartphones, alongside a new operating system.
Okay maybe not a full blown operating system, but an entirely new redesigned version of its proprietary custom UI, formerly called FunTouch OS, but after its launch on November 18, will now be renamed the new OriginOS, which will be based on android 11.
According to GSMArena, this new OS, or custom UI rather, will first debut with the new rumored Vivo smartphones like i mentioned earlier, the Vivo X60, the X60 Pro, and the Vivo X60s.
The Vivo X60 will make use of Samsung’s newly launched midrange Exynos 1080 chipset, while the X60 Pro variant will make use of a flagship processor, the newly announced Qualcomm Snapdragon 875 chipset.
The X60s will be lesser of the three, and it will make use of a 5G enabled Snapdragon 765G chipset, and support up to 33W fast charging.
From the leaked live images posted above, we can see the Vivo X60 and X60 Pro smartphones in flesh and blood.
The X60 makes use of a flat display with a center hole punch cutout, while the Pro version makes use of a more stylish curved display.
While from a third photo shown below, we can see the X60 Pro variant running the new OriginOS which is based android 11.
So that’s all for now, keep your fingers crossed, while we await the official launch of these devices, alongside the new custom UI, and while at it, don’t forget to give this post a thumbs by sharing it if you enjoyed reading it, and as always, I’ll see you all tomorrow, #Peace Out.
