The face unlocking feature which debuted on the ever popular OnePlus 5T android smartphone, has also been shifted to its younger sibling, the OnePlus 5.

This feature came along with the OxygenOS Open Oreo Beta 3 update, which OnePlus promised us some months ago. But note that this is just a Beta Version Update, and as stated by OnePlus, contains a lot of bugs and software patches, so installation is at owner’s risk, and it is only meant for those who can’t wait to start using the face unlocking feature as quickly as possible. You can download the ROM Flash File and read the full Installation Guide Here. Meanwhile, the complete and stable update will be coming up in the second weeks of January. And you can as well buy a OnePlus 5 smartphone from Jumia Here, at cheap prices, if you don’t have one before.
