Why will anyone buy or want to buy the Infinix S5 for those prices in 2021, when we have better deals out there, even from the same Infinix Mobility company?
Phones like the Infinix Note 7 Lite and the recently announced Note 8i both have better specs, and come at even lower prices. Well, before I’ll try to answer that question, here are the quick specifications of the Infinix S5, in listed form.

Now back to the question…
Why Should You Buy The Infinix S5 In 2021?
To start with, the Infinix S5 was launched in late 2019 both in Nigeria and other parts of the world, and during those times, many people considered the specs to be pretty impressive because this phone was among the first few Infinix phones to take the leap and feature up to 6-Gigabytes of RAM sizes, and up to 128-Gigabytes of internal storage sizes.
Add these specs to the impressive quad camera system and 32MP front facing camera that this phone came with, and then mix all that up with the aesthetically pleasing and eye-catchy design of the phone itself, and you have yourself an all fan-favorite smartphone for 2019, all the way to mid-2020.

So once again, why should anyone buy or want to buy the Infinix S5 at those prices in 2021, especially when we have better phones from out there, even from same Infinix, and at way lesser and more reasonable prices?
Phones such as the Infinix Note 7 Lite and Note 8i with better processors, more RAM and internal storage options, bigger batteries, better cameras, etc, all fall within this range.
So why should anyone choose to buy the Infinix S5?
Well, the truth is; i don’t know and i can’t tell, i mean i don’t know why anyone will choose to buy the Infinix S5 at a price like this in 2021 when we have better options out there, maybe for personal reasons though.
But if you’d ask me, I’ll say that the Infinix S5 is a pretty solid phone that is still acceptable in 2021, if only the current price of it is anywhere near justifiable when compared to the type of phones we have now and their prices.
To even add more salt to the injury, Infinix phones have always been touted for not getting any new android version updates during their lifetime.
So the Infinix S5 launched with Android 9 Pie out of the box, and since then, it is still stuck on the same old android version, even when the world has moved on to Android 11, and even anticipating the arrival of Android 12.

So if you should get the Infinix S5 right now, you’ll be missing out on all the new features that both the latest android version has to offer, and all the new features that come with the latest version of Infinix XOS UI, XOS 7 Dolphin.
So in conclusion, personally i think that those who will want to get the Infinix S5 are people who have their personal reasons for wanting to do so, or maybe people who plainly doesn’t know that there are better phones out there with better specs, and at way lesser prices.
And if you’re one of those persons, you can consider anyone of these three phones listed below.
▪ Infinix Note 8i (4/6GB RAM + 64/128GB ROM, Mediatek Helio G80 processor, 48MP quad cameras, Android 10, 5200mAh battery), 70,000 NGN on Jumia.
▪ Infinix Note 7 Lite (4GB RAM + 64/128GB ROM, Mediatek Helio G70 processor, 48MP quad cameras, Android 10, 5000mAh battery), 67,999 NGN on Jumia.
▪ Infinix Hot 10 (3GB RAM + 64GB ROM, Mediatek Helio G70 processor, 16MP quad cameras, Android 10, 5200mAh battery), 64,490 NGN on Jumia.
And that is it guys, this here is everything you need to know concerning the Infinix S5 price in Nigeria, why anyone will think of buying it in 2021, and some other newer and better Infinix phones with better specs, and lesser prices.
